She is multi-disciplined and can offer clients a wealth of expertise in residential conveyancing and commercial property matters which includes house sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), new build purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and extensions of leases, lease renewals, commercial and housing development sales and general property management and development issues.
She specialises in new development, secondary market whilst acting for high private net worth clients as well as for banking institutions both local and foreign in their mortgages.
Further with in-depth knowledge in domestic and transnational secured lending transactions both for borrowers and lenders including acquisition, real estate development, she is able to represent a diverse range of clientele ranging from large corporate companies to individuals.
